|2008-08-04|  On August 4, 2008, The Brain and Spine Center is opening a new satellite medical office to serve the needs of residents in the southern tier. Located at 7060 Erie Road in Derby, NY, this medical suite is a part of a new facility that also serves as the headquarters of Lakeshore Family Medicine.

The Derby location of Brain and Spine Medical Services, PLLC will offer the following comprehensive medical services: Neurosurgery Consultations, Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation), Chiropractic Care, Physical Therapy and Medical Massage Therapy.

In the WNY region, tens of thousands of residents have a neurologic or neurosurgical ailment that may require medical treatment or rehabilitation. The Brain and Spine Center provides a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to patient care. After undergoing a comprehensive evaluation to discover diagnosis, patients are referred to a team of dedicated physicians and supportive practitioners who work together to develop a proper plan of treatment and/or procedures for the specific needs of the patient. The goal is to restore function and to improve the quality of life.
