Our goal here at 400 International Drive is to provide convenient, comprehensive and compassionate care for patients.  From the initial diagnosis to treatment and recovery, we use advanced technology, therapies and surgical techniques. Our team strives to restore function and improve the quality of life with the most sophisticated, least invasive means possible.

Recognizing that patients frequently have multiple medical conditions, the Brain and Spine Center provides a comprehensive, integrated approach to health care management.  After undergoing a comprehensive evaluation to discover a detailed diagnosis, patients are referred to a team of dedicated physicians and supportive practitioners who work together to develop a proper plan of treatment and/or procedures for the specific needs of the patient.

Our multidisciplinary team approach offers experts in neurosurgery, neurology, rheumatology, infusion therapy, physiatry, functional medicine, chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, gamma knife radiosurgery (one of the most advanced neurosurgery procedures in the world), minimally invasive surgery and cerebrovascular surgery.  In addition, an in-house medical supply store makes it easy for patients to acquire all required medical devices to assist in their recovery.

Spa 400, the Med Spa located in the Brian and Spine Center, provides a relaxing environment, a place to be pampered and to feel rejuvenated. Our full service spa offers a variety of treatments including SilkPeels, Botox, medical facials, body wraps and therapeutic and medical massage.

400 International Drive is the home of both the Brain and Spine Center and the Williamsville Diagnostic Center, a department of Kenmore Mercy Hospital.

By grouping together outpatient services, the Williamsville Diagnostic Center, a state-of-the-art 18,459 square-foot facility, offers imaging services including ultra­sound, x-ray, bone density (DEXA) and MRI; Partners In Rehab - physi­cal, occupational and speech therapies; and laboratory collection.

Together, the Williamsville Diagnostic Center and the Brain and Spine Center are making life easier for patients by making healthcare services comfortable, convenient and comprehensive, and best of all, under one roof.
